Research and Development Credit

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the amendment by inserting after section ___, the following new section:-

"Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any entity shall be eligible for the credit against amount of excise due for research expense as established in section 38M of Chapter 63."
