Consideration of Residency Requirements

Mr. Ross moves to amend the amendment in section 1, in line 56, by inserting after the word “communities” the following:- “provided that, said commission shall investigate and make recommendations on establishing standards for the provision of services and supports, including, but not limited to contingency upon residency requirements.”
