Ms. Creem, Ms. Chang-Diaz, Messrs. Lewis and Eldridge move to amend the amendment by striking out sections 2 and 3; and further moved that the bill be amended in section 8 by striking out the words, “sections 2, 3 and”, and inserting in place thereof the word “section”
