Ms. Forry and Mr. Eldridge move to amend the amendment by inserting at the end thereof the following new SECTION:-

SECTION ___. Paragraph 4 of section 72B of chapter 119, as most recently amended by Chapter 84 of the Acts of 2013, is hereby further amended by striking out the word, “eighteenth”, and inserting in place thereof the word:- twenty-first
