Concurrent Sentences

Mr. Eldridge, Ms. Spilka, Ms. Chandler, Ms. Creem, Mr. Donnelly, Ms. Chang-Diaz, Messrs. Wolf, Barrett and Lewis and Ms. Jehlen move to amend the amendment by inserting in SECTION 6 the following new paragraph:-

"Any sentence imposed for offenses arising out of the same transaction and occurrence shall run concurrent with the governing sentence."
