Juvenile Courts and DYS Custody

Ms. Chandler, Ms. Creem, Messrs. Barrett, Donnelly and Eldridge, Ms. Jehlen, Mr. Lewis, Ms. Spilka and Mr. Wolf move to amend the amendment by inserting, after section ___, the following new sections:-

"SECTION ___. Section 72B of chapter 119 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by Chapter 84 of the Acts of 2013, is hereby further amended by striking out the words, “superior court”, in paragraphs 1, 2, 3, and 5  and inserting in place thereof the words:- "juvenile court department".

"SECTION__.  Section 74 of said chapter 119, as most recently amended by Chapter 84 of the Acts of 2013, is hereby further amended by striking out paragraph 2."

"SECTION ___. Paragraph 4 of section 72B of chapter 119, as most recently amended by Chapter 84 of the Acts of 2013, is hereby further amended by striking out the word, “eighteenth”, and inserting in place thereof the word:- "twenty-first".
