Making Substantive Parole Changes Prospective

Ms. Creem, Mr. Barrett, Ms. Chandler, Ms. Chang-Diaz, Mr. Eldridge, Ms. Jehlen, Mr. Lewis, Ms. Spilka and Mr. Wolf move to amend the amendment in section 7 by inserting, after the figure "1,", the figure "2, 3,"; and further move that the amendment be amended in section 8 by striking out the words, “sections 2, 3 and”, and inserting in place thereof the word “section”
