Parole Eligibility Standard

Ms. Spilka, Mr. Barrett, Ms. Chandler, Ms. Creem, Ms. Chang-Diaz, Mr. Eldridge, Ms. Jehlen, Messrs. Lewis, Donnelly and Wolf move to amend the amendment by striking out, in line 36, the words, “20 years nor more than 30 years”, and inserting in place thereof the following:- "15 years nor more than 25 years"
