Maintaining Existing 5 Year Setback

Ms. Spilka, Mr. Barrett, Ms. Chandler, Ms. Creem, Ms. Chang-Diaz, Mr. Eldridge, Ms. Jehlen, Messrs. Lewis, Donnelly, Wolf and DiDomenico move to amend the amendment by striking section 2 and section 3 and by striking, in line 39, the words "Sections 2, 3 and 4" and inserting in place thereof the following:- "Section 4"
