Mr. Hedlund moves to amend the amendment in Section 2C, in item 2890-7035, by inserting the following:- "; provided further, that $4,714,285 shall be expended to reconstruct and resurface Nantasket avenue from Kenberma street to Spring street in the town of Hull;"
