Mr. Hedlund moves to amend the amendment in Section 2, in item 2800-7107, by inserting the following:- "; provided further, that $165,000 shall be expended for the reinstatement of the United States Geological Survey Stream Gauge in the Weir River at Leavitt Street in the town of Hingham for a period of 10 years;"
