Improvement to Community Gardens in Malden

Mr. Lewis moves to amend the amendment in SECTION 2B, in line item 2840-7024 by adding the following language:- "provided further, that no less than $625,000 will be expended for the development and maintenance of a community gardens along the current MBTA commuter rail and/or tracks running West to East in the City of Malden"
