Messrs. Downing, Eldridge and Rodrigues, Ms. Donoghue, Ms. O'Connor Ives and Mr. Montigny move to amend the amendment in line 2500-7011 by striking out the figure “$10,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$20,000,000”.
