Mr. Eldridge moves to amend the amendment in section 2, in line item 2200-7021, by inserting before the words “for investment in water and air quality protection” the words “provided further, that no less than $5,000,000 shall be expended;”

And further moves to amend the bill in said item, by striking out the figure “$61,000,000” and inserting thereof the figure:- $66,000,000.”
