Flood Mitigation Projects for the Town of Winchester

Mr. Lewis and Ms. Jehlen move to amend the amendment in SECTION 2B, in line item 2000-7055, by adding the following language:-"provided further, that no less than $2,500,000 shall be expended for the flood mitigation projects in the Aberjona River watershed in the Town of Winchester"
