Solar Energy Farm

Mr. Hedlund moves to amend the amendment in Section 2D, in item 9300-7918, by inserting the following:- "; provided further, that $500,000 shall be expended for the development and installation of a solar energy farm on the town landfill in the town of Hingham;"
