Mr. Hedlund moves to amend the amendment in Section 2C, in item 2890-7035, by inserting the following:- "; provided further, that $500,000 shall be expended for partial reimbursement for the construction of a pedestrian/bike trail in Miller Woods Conservation in the town of Norwell;"
