Mr. Hedlund moves to amend the amendment in Section 2G, in item 2000-7026, by inserting the following:- "provided further, that $3,000,000 shall be expended for repair and improvements to existing seawalls located along the Whitney, Kimball, Barnes and Steamboat Wharves in the town of Hingham;"
