Children of Charter School Employees

Mr. Wolf moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:-

"SECTION __. Chapter 71 as so appearing in the 2012 Official Edition is hereby amended by adding after the last paragraph of Section 89(n) the following: "Massachusetts charter public schools which operate under collective bargaining agreements may include in contractual terms a provision to give preference in their enrollment policies to children of full-time employees; provided, however, that said children shall not be counted toward the charter school student cap; and provided further that said children shall not constitute more than 5% of a school's total student population."
