Impact of Charter Schools on District Schools

Mr. Lewis moves to amend the bill by inserting the following section:-

SECTION X.  Section 1. Section 89 of chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “criteria.” in line 272 the following:-

“These criteria shall include a study on the impact that the charter school will have on students in the district public schools.”
