Horace Mann III Schools

Ms. Jehlen moves to amend the bill by striking out sections 31 and 34; and  in section 33, by striking out, in lines 371 to 374, inclusive, the words “; provided further, that of the 48 Horace Mann charter schools, not more than 14 shall be Horace Mann III charter schools; and provided, further, that not less than 4 of the 14 Horace Mann III charter schools shall be located in a municipality with more than 500,000 residents”.
