Uniform penalties

Mr. Finegold moves to amend the amendment in section 26, by striking out, in line 385, the figure “$10” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$25”; and in section 28, by striking out, in line 399, the word “director” and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- “city or town clerk”; and in section 29, by inserting after the figure “11” the following figure:- “, 14”.
