Interception of Wire and Oral Communications

Mr. Michael O. Moore moves to amend the bill by inserting, after section ____, the following 3 sections:-

“SECTION ____. Section 99 of chapter 272 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the first and second paragraphs in the preamble.

SECTION _____. Section 99 of chapter 272 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 20, the word “further”.

SECTION _____. Section 99 of chapter 272 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 66, the words “in connection with organized crime as defined in the preamble”.”
