Updating Construction Plans

Mr. Keenan moves to amend the bill in Section 9, by striking the words “shall maintain a copy of the plans on file and may submit comments to the authority and school district” in lines 87 and 88, and inserting in place thereof the following:-

“may submit comments to the authority and school district.  Upon completion of the approved construction, the authority shall, in cooperation with a school district or municipality, submit updated, as-built plans to the local police department, fire department, Massachusetts emergency agency and any regional law enforcement entity, a copy of which shall be maintained on file by each department or agency in receipt of the plans.”
