Full and Fair Hearings

Mr. Timilty moves to amend the bill by inserting, in section 50, in line 819, after the words “after a” the following:- “de novo”;

And further moves to amend the bill by inserting the following new section:-

“Section X.  Section 129B of chapter 140 as so appearing is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph 5, in line 125 after the words ‘after a’ in the following:- ‘de novo’”.
