Self-Defense Spray amendment 2

Messrs. Barrett and Eldridge, Ms. Candaras and Ms. Chang-Diaz move to amend the bill , in section 20, by inserting, in line 356, after the word “residency”, the following words:- “or is an alien not residing under a visa pursuant to 8 U.S.C § 1101(a)(15)(U), or is an alien not residing under a visa pursuant to 8 U.S.C. §1154(a)(1)(B)(ii)(I), or is an alien not residing under a visa pursuant to 8 U.S.C. §1101(a)(15)(T)(i)(I)-(IV).”
