Amendment #12 to S2283

An act to ensure comprehensive public safety

Representatives Orrall of Lakeville, Poirier of North Attleborough, Garry of Dracut, Harrington of Groton and Dooley of Norfolk move to amend the bill by striking, in lines 24 through 27, the definition of “reproductive health care facility”

;and further  by striking in lines 21 through 91, inclusive, the words “reproductive health care facility”, in each instance that such words appear, and inserting in place thereof the words, “business or public building”
