Amendment #13 to S2283

Medical Facilities

Mr. deMacedo of Plymouth moves to amend the bill by inserting, after the definition of “Law enforcement official” contained in lines 21 through 23, inclusive, the following definition:—

“Medical facility”, any medical office, medical clinic, medical laboratory, or hospital, including a reproductive health care facility.

; and further by striking in lines 21 through 91, inclusive, the words “reproductive health care facility”, in each instance that such words appear, and inserting in place thereof the words, “medical facility”.
