Statute of Limitations

Ms. Harrington of Groton moves to amend the bill by inserting in line 82 after the word, “business.”, the following:—

"A civil action pursuant to this subsection must be commenced within one year after the cause of action accrued.”

;and further by inserting in line 89 after the word “violation.”, the following:—

"A civil action pursuant to this subsection must be commenced within one year after the cause of action accrued.”
