Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill Section 2, subsection (b) line 3, after the word, “facility “ add the following, “ or “ interferes with the rights of 1 or more  individuals to peaceably assembly, peaceably protest, peaceably counsel, or peaceably pray at the location,”

Section 2, subsection (d) line 3, after the word “facility” add the following, “ interferes with the rights of 1 or more  individuals to peaceably assembly, peaceably protest, peaceably counsel, or peaceably pray at the location,”

Section 2, subsection (e), line 3, after the word “facility” add the following, “ interferes with the rights of 1 or more  individuals to peaceably assembly, peaceably protest, peaceably counsel, or peaceably pray at the location,”
