Ensuring Appropriate Application of Withdrawal Orders

Mr. Dooley of Norfolk moves to amend the bill by striking in line 35, the word “and”

;and further, by inserting in line 37, after the word, “earlier”, the following:—

";and (iv) any individual or individuals not specifically and individually named within said withdrawal order shall not be required to withdraw beyond the marked 25-foot boundary.”
