An Amendment Relative to Proposed Definitions
Mr. Lyons of Andover moves to amend the bill in section 2, by striking out, in line 47, the word "intimidates" and inserting in place thereof the following word:—assaults; and in section 2, by striking out, in line 47, the word "intimidate" and inserting in place thereof the following word:—assault; and in section 2, by striking out, in lines 52-54, the following words:-- “For the purpose of this subsection, “intimidate” shall mean to place a person in reasonable apprehension of bodily harm to that person or another.”
