Executive Directors of "Chronically Poor Performing" Housing Authorities

Messrs. Barrett and Montigny move to amend the amendment in section 7, by inserting after the word “authority.”, in line 116, the following sentence:- “Where the department finds clear and convincing evidence of a demonstrable threat to tenant safety attributable to the conduct of the executive director, or of financial misconduct or criminal activity by the executive director, the department shall have the power to terminate the employment of the executive director.”
