Mr. Keenan moves to amend the amendment in section 5, by striking out, in line 61, the words “Once appointed” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “Upon appointment and reappointment or election and reelection”; and in said section 5, by striking out, in line 61, the first time it appears, and in lines 63 and 64, the word “the” and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following word:- “a”.
