Best practices training for members

Mr. Keenan moves to amend the amendment in section 5, by striking out, in line 52, the word “and” the second time it appears and further amended in section 5, by adding after the words “section 4 of chapter 151B” in line 54, the following:- “; and (xi) best practices relating to the general inspection, maintenance and repair of existing units, and capital improvements in public housing”
