Amendment #1 to S2297

Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend Senate, No. 2297 by striking out section 2 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-

“SECTION 2.  Section 3 of said chapter 105A, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the first paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph:-

The operator of a self-service storage facility shall have a lien on all personal property stored within each leased space for rent, labor, insurance or other charges in relationship to the property for expenses necessary for the preservation of the property or reasonably incurred in its sale pursuant to this chapter.”.
