Mr. Barrett moves to amend the amendment in section 1, by striking out, in line 36, the word “program” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- “option”; in said section 1, by inserting after the definition of  “participant” the following definition:- “‘Person-centered plan’, a plan of service for a participant who elects to participate in self-determination; provided, that, the person-centered plan shall be incorporated into the participant’s individual support plan.”; in said section 1, by inserting after the word “on”, in line 77, the following words:- “all service options including, but not limited to,”; and in section 2, by inserting after the word “that”, in line 295, the following words:- “a form or an alternative form of”
