Wareham liquor license

Mr. Pacheco moves to amend the bill in section 1, by striking out, in lines 6 and 7, the words “the Lobster Pot located at 3155 Cranberry highway in the town of Wareham” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-  “Gyjo, Inc. located at 3155 Cranberry highway; provided, however, that upon issuance of the license, Gyjo, Inc. shall return to the licensing authority the seasonal license it currently holds for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises”.
