AMENDMENT SENATE NO. 2376 SALEM LICENSE

Ms. Lovely moves to amend the bill in section 1, in the first paragraph, by striking out, the words “OTSG, LLC” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-  “OTGS LLC”; and in section 1, in the second paragraph, by striking out the words “indicating the license is in good standing with the department and that any and all applicable taxes” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-  “and from the department of unemployment assistance indicating that the license is in good standing with those departments and that all applicable taxes, fees and contributions”.
