Water Treatment Plant

Mr. Joyce moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2250-2000, by inserting the following: “; and provided further that the Commonwealth shall pay for one half of the construction costs of a Department of Environmental Protection-mandated water treatment plant for the towns of Randolph, Braintree, and Holbrook”.
