Tarr, Knapik, Eldridge and McGee moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 30, , by inserting after the word “instrumentalities” the following words:- ", including, but not limited to, instrumentalities acting on behalf of state-designated cultural districts, as established by section 58A of chapter 10 of the General Laws,”
