Performance Management Set Aside

Mr. Michael O. Moore and Ms. Donoghue and Messrs. Finegold and Knapik moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7066-0025, by inserting after the words “educational programs” the following words:- “provided further, that in fiscal year 2014, not less than $4,500,000 shall be used to support initiatives in the community colleges to promote higher completion rates of degree and certificate programs and promote consolidation and coordination of the administration function and procurements across the community colleges”; and in said item, by striking out the figure “2,500,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$7,500,000”
