Mr. Kennedy moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8910-8710, Mr. Kennedy moved that the bill be amended, in section 2, in item 8910-8710, by striking out the figure “$16,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-

“$13,000,000”
