Medicaid PAPE Rate Floor

Mr. Brownsberger moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4000-0300, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

";and provided further, the executive office shall ensure that a hospital's rate year 2014 outpatient payment amount per episode (so called PAPE) rate shall be no less than 90% of the hospital's rate year 2013 rate in effect January 1, 2013".
