Payment for Certain Medical Expenses

Mr. Joyce moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 3, by adding at the end thereof the following:- “; provided further, that $1,000,000 shall be expended to reimburse the town of Milton for funds expended pursuant to chapter 349 of the acts of 2010”.
