Messrs. Pacheco, Keenan and Montigny moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 5095-0015, by striking out the following text:- “that the department shall maintain and operate these beds until the commission established in section 186 of chapter 139 of the acts of 2012 submits its report to the General Court” and inserting in place thereof:- “that the department shall maintain and operate these beds until at least June 30, 2014, at which time future funding decisions shall be based on the recommendations of the advisory commission established in Section 186 of Chapter 139 of the acts of 2012.”
