Ms. Creem and Messrs. Tarr, DiDomenico and Brownsberger moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4003-0122, <w:p><w:r><w:t xml:space="preserve">by adding at the end thereof the following: “and provided further, that funds may be expended for the programmatic and administrative support of the agency’s refugee and immigrant services”
