Mr. Rosenberg moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2800-0700, moved that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 2800-0700, by adding at the end thereof the following:- “provided further, that not less than $125,000 shall be expended for the preservation of a historic property in the town of Hadley;”
