Ms. Candaras and Mr. Welch moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7007-0300, moved that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7007-0300, by inserting at the end thereof the following wording:-  “provided not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Springfield Business Improvement District”

and further amend said item by striking out the figure “$1,713,907” and inserting in place thereof of the following figure:- “$1,813,907”
