Ms. Candaras moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, moved that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following words:-  “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Wilbraham Nature And Cultural Council”; and further by striking out the figure “$10,933,979” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$10,983,979”
